At Minx Shoes, we want you to step out in style and confidence; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned footwear must be in its original, unworn condition and packaged in the original shoe box to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original designer box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
